Permanent Cosmetics
Program Overview
Total Tuition costs $8,600. This price includes our $100 application fee. Our program lasts a minimum of 6
months, with the flexibility to extend up to 2 years. You’ll need to complete a total of 400 hours, which includes
both digital and hands-on training. 320 will be hands-on training hours (in person), and 80 will be digital (at home).
Attendance Options
Full-Time:
First Month: 48 hours required.
Following Months: Minimum of 56 hours per month
Mandatory 14 hours a week
Part-Time:
First Month: 20 hours required.
Following Months: Minimum of 28 hours per month
Mandatory 7 hours every other week
Hands-On Training
Hours: Monday–Saturday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
Schedule: Flexible—attend on any day that suits you, as long as you meet your hour requirements.
Online Training
Requirements: Complete at least 4 chapters per month, supervised by licensed instructors.
Graduation Requirements
Our program is progressive, with a focus on hands-on practice and fundamental learning. To graduate, you’ll need
to:
Complete Assignments: All assignments must be approved by your instructors.
All hours needed acquired: 400 hours total between in-person and digital learning
Perform Live Model Work: You’ll complete at least 3 eyebrow, 3 lip, and 3 eyeliner procedures.
Test Out with the Health Department:
Exam Fee: $50 (paid at enrollment).
Licensure Fee: $100 (paid at program completion).
Testing Process: Includes a multiple-choice written exam (emailed) and a practical exam (observed via
video call). Once passed, your license will be mailed to you.
Note: The $100 licensure fee must be paid annually to the Health Department to renew your license, with renewal
due by December 31 each year.
Payment Options
We offer several flexible payment plans and assistance programs:
Financing (TFC):
Down Payment: 10% ($850).
Term: 30 months.
Interest Rate: Based on your credit score.
Monthly Payments: $286–$315. Payments begin the month after classes start.
15-Week Agreement:
Pay half of the tuition ($4,250) upfront.
Pay the remaining half after 15 weeks. This option avoids interest charges.
Arkansas Rehabilitation Services:
Assistance for individuals with mental or physical disabilities. Let us know your county, and we’ll
connect you to the right office.
Single Parent Scholarship:

Arkansas Rural Endowment Fund, Inc. (AREF):
Application Fees:
Student: $20.
Co-Maker: $20.
Requirements:
Arkansas resident for at least 6 months.
Co-signer required.
Credit score of 600+ with no prior student loans.
Interest Rates:
5.0% while in school and during the six-month grace period.
6.5% fixed during repayment.

You’ll also have the opportunity to attend advanced classes such as:

Birthmark Cover-Up
3D Nipple/Areola Restoration
(Please note that these advanced courses are optional and come with separate costs. Tattoo removal is not
currently taught.)

Tattoo Program
Program Overview

Status: Full-time only (8 in-person hours per week at a bare minimum) but about 14 hours a week will get you to that 320 hands on hours in 6 months.
Program Cost: $9,600 (includes a non-refundable $100 application fee).
In-Person Hours
Schedule Flexibility: No specific days required—attend Monday 10-5,
Thursday from 10 AM to 6 PM, and Friday and Saturday 10 AM to 7 PM,
meeting your weekly hour requirements.
Hands-On Focus:
Saturdays are ideal for practicing on fake skin or observing other artists.
Tattooing on real skin practice is recommended Monday–Friday as the
Instructors are available on Saturdays.
Online Hours

Supervision: All hours (online and in-person) are guided by licensed instructors.
